A big international Tobacco factory is currently hiring Project Engineer
 
Location: 6th of October – Transportation provided
Job Purpose:
The Project Engineer is actively participating in local engineering projects and processes, perform modification of operation processes. Provide technical information and solutions to local management.
Job Duties:
1. Prepare, plans, and executes the necessary projects to ensure adequate production environment, infrastructure and utilities.
2. Prepare designs, tendering documents, supervise execution and commissioning.3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure availability of materials to support production schedules.
3. Actively participate in project planning, checking up the materials and then execute the technical and design supervision of the installation of new equipment.
4. Analyze design proposals of new equipment installation and take the appropriate decisions.
5. Control and co-ordinate the flow of all documentation, filing and storage in the factory system and technical archive activity. Prepare technical documents and if it is necessary look for additional information.
6. Coordinate Contractors’ activities on Site. Coordinate, check and approve work requests within defined timelines and resources.
7. Perform necessary actions to keep the workplace in a clean and orderly condition to ensure easy access to all parts of the place and prevent potential malfunctions and breakdowns.
Required Candidates’ Qualifications:
o  Bachelor’s degree in electrical/ mechanical engineering.
o  From 0- 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Desired Candidates’ Specifications
o  Excellent communication, conflict management and interpersonal skills
o  Excellent decision making and action oriented.
o  Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in production planning activities.
o  Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Word / Excel / PP / Outlook)
o  Excellent AutoCAD drawing.
o  Good Knowledge of SAP.
