Elmarakby Steel Group looking to hire a talented:

“Electrical Purchasing Engineer”

Job Responsibilities:
1. Follow up the implementation of Procurement plan from requirements for electrical spare parts, to match the previous schedule prepared for all departments
2. Supervise the implementation of procurement Operation and preparation of purchase orders that we can receive the required items in supply orders in a timely manner to the requesting department, to confirm the time period by the ISO and to cover emergency needs with the application of the scientific and technical materials that have been studied.
3. Follow up periodically the shipment of incoming products and their arrival to the company that they are delivered within working hours without the company additional and benefiting from them as soon as possible.
4. Establish a strong database of suppliers for each item and update it to identify new suppliers, agencies and distributors to negotiate well and offering alternatives at lower costs so as not to risk, which serves the interest of the business.
5. Make sure to improve supplier’s performance of the items quality and the dates of supply to get the best quality with suitable price at required date.
6. Reduce or freeze prices, and improve payment terms with suppliers, so we didn’t exceed the budget set by management.
7. Provide technical support and technical specifications for raw materials and provide new information about raw materials in market to ensure access to technical for the speed supply.
8. Follow up the supplies, and match them with the warehouses to verify the quantities received for the warehouses according to the supply order and the invoice, and to face any problem in the examination as soon as possible.
9. Follow up non-conforming purchases and take the necessary measure regarding their return to suppliers in accordance replace policy with the required conforming items and avoid stopping the production plan.
10. Follow up suppliers checks with the finance department as part of the purchasing tasks to close the purchasing cycle by handing over checks to suppliers, to improve the relationship with the supplier based on credibility and commitment.
11. Commit to implement procurement policies and system in line with ISO, which lead to bring in new suppliers, so the procurement system unified for all employees.
12. Submit periodic reports and recommendations to the procurement manager so that the procurement cycle is followed up and he is informed of what completed, and the department is aware of all the details of the work.

Job Requirements
· Electrical Engineering Bachelor degree
· From 2 to 4 years of experience in same field.    
· Excellent Proficiency in using all MS Office Package         
· Fluent English.
· Location: SODIC + Transportation
