Job Title: 
1- Material Control Engineer

Job Requirements:
1) Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
2) Min. 2 years of experience in Steel Structure industry.
3) Tekla knowledge is a must.
4) Advanced Communication skills and decision making are highly 
 recommended.

Job Responsibilities:
1) Checking the newly received transmittal on time and follow up with documentation to be uploaded on server.
2) Arranging the workload distribution among the wire frame group to achieve the dates.
3) Checking the wire frame modules with cut tool.
4) Coordinate with material team for splice location as per purchased Material and for the priority.
5) Arrange RFIs for the missing data &splice location.
6) Upload the final material list to material team through the Apache.
7) Checking wire frame module with reference to detailing ethics (orientation-numbering-leveling).
8 ) Upload the modules to detailing team through the Apache.

2- Material Control Group Leader

Job Requirements:
1) Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
2) Min. 8 years of experience in Steel Structure industry.
3) Tekla knowledge is a must.
4) Advanced Communication skills and decision making are highly 
 recommended.
5) Excellent leadership skills.

Job Responsibilities:
1) General task for department (shipment, plates ordering, Reports, Misc. ordering, internal work).
2) Following up and confirm that all above material engineer tasks is done.
3) Arrange the pending tasks from the responsible engineer to another engineer.
4) Solving issues (During ordering stage or during receiving) with procurement, store and project.
5) Attending the coordination meetings (Shop, Project, Technical dept.)
6) Providing the work order studies required with material engineer.
7) Helping group by working on tasks to finalize the pending.
8 ) Technical support for his team.
9) Checking the PRs and combine them in lots sending them to section and manger signature.
10) Combination with (works orders) on the same site at Rolling time and MOQ adjusting qty and PR handled by him.
11) Checking and combining the awaited batch report and workorder status reports before send it to the concerned group leader responsible for material reports.
12) Checking QRFD with the responsible material engineer and put his comments before discussing it with section head.
