Personnel Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Personnel Specialist to join our dynamic team in Maadi, Cairo. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, with a strong background in personnel management.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and database
keeping employee's hiring documents completed.
processing new employees, transfers, and resignations
Provide support to managers and employees on HR-related policies and procedures
Assist in the planning and implementation of employee engagement and retention initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective HR service delivery
Contribute to the development and refinement of HR processes and systems
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1-3 years of experience as a Personnel Specialist or HR Generalist
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
Proficient in MS Office suite
Excellent problem-solving and organizing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Work conditions:
Location: Maadi, Cairo, Egypt
Transportation: provided
Days Off: Friday and Saturday
