- Develop and implement maintenance programs.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians and after sales team.
- Manage maintenance budget and control costs.
- Coordinate with external maintenance centers for specialized services.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of maintenance management experience in manufacturing, with specific experience in the home appliances industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
