Safeco Group is hiring Senior Technical Office Engineer located in Nasr City, Cairo
Job Description:
· Apply the mechanical firefighting and plumbing design drawings and specifications
· Assists in preparation of B.O.Q and specifications.
· Receive the tender documents as drawing bill of quantities and all other document such as scope of work and site conditions
· Preparing Comparison Sheets for Mechanical Systems (HVAC, Firefighting, and Plumbing)· Preparation of the Proposal Tender Files (Technical + commercial).
· Ability to review vendors and select proper material suitable for the project.
· Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish manufacturing, construction, or installation standards or specifications for (HVAC, FF, and Plumbing)
Required Requirements
· Experience needed: 4 Years
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering
· Experience with, HVAC design, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, AutoCAD, shop Drawing, Revit is must
· Problem Solving
