A Contracting Company located in 1st Settlement is hiring:
Contracts Engineer.
Responsibilities:
·  Extract important comments and notes from key contracts.
·  Submission of supporting documents for claims review and extension of time
·  Discussing with contractors to build a balanced contract extracting weaknesses in subcontracts
·  Creation of subcontracts according to the technical and financial offer
·  compare the contracts concluded with the owner and manage all the letters concluded from the subcontractor at the sites
·  Create and update records of all answers related to the contract.
·  Clarify contract provisions to help resolve claims and questions from the landlord.
·  Drafting contractual letters and responding appropriately to any contractual letters / letters of initiation of claims.
Job Requirements:
·  (5-2) years of experience in Contracting & Construction contracts management.
· CLAC is preferred.
·  Well knowledge of FIDIC.
·   English proficiency is a must.
·   AutoCad – Microsoft Office.
