Senior (Structure, Architecture & HVAC) Technical Office Engineer.

Role overview:
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior BIM Engineer for disciplines (Architecture, Structure & Mechanical HVAC) to join our dynamic team, will play a crucial role in leading BIM projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and leveraging their expertise to deliver exceptional results.

Location:
Main Office at Heliopolis, Cairo

Qualifications:
-Advanced technical analytical skills and design software such as SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD. Pro, or similar programs.
-Proficiency in using building codes and standards.
-Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
-Ability to solve complex engineering problems and able to identify potential risks and propose effective solutions.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in engineering (ARCH, STRU & Mechanical) or related field with 4 to 10 years of experience.
-Proficiency in software analysis such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar.
-Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD is a must.
-Establish a Revit system and training for all team members
-Technical coordination between team members, company, and external consultants.
-Conduct clash detection and visual work walkthroughs using Navisworks manage.
-3D model quantity extraction from Revit.
-Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members.
-Lead BIM projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and
 quality standards.
 -Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior BIM staff, fostering their professional growth and development.
