 We're urgently hiring for El Sewedy Engineering Industries (Contracting Sector):

1- Contracts Engineer

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Governmental University.
- 3+ years of experience in a Contracting sector.

Some of key responsibilities:

- Preparing contracts, purchase orders, and all contractual matters related to contractors.
- Reviewing the owner's main contracts.
- Reviewing contracts and calculating risks in contract negotiations.
- Preparing specifications for projects for which the consultant designs.
- Following up the various stages of the project, starting from preparing contract documents (conditions and specifications), announcement, technical analysis, award, and even the site handover stage of the project.

2- Mechanical Technical office Engineer

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Governmental University.
- 3+ years of experience in a Contracting sector.

Some of key Responsibilities:

- Preparing, submitting and following up the shop drawings, QS and as built drawings.
- Following up the material submittals.
- Preparing the subcontractors’ and client’s invoices based on the progress report sent by the site engineer.
- Preparing and following up the Variation Orders.

3- Cost Control Engineer

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Governmental University.
- 3+ years of experience in a Contracting sector.

Some of key Responsibilities:

- Studying and analyzing technical work items, stages and duration of project implementation, project needs, lists of quantities, and other cost elements and preparing cost estimation tables and budget for project implementation and submitting them to his direct manager for review.
- studying direct and indirect cost items to determine the cost centers accordingly. uploading the expense items to their cost center and reviewing them with direct manager.
preparing reports on project cost control that include data on estimated project costs compared to actual costs, analyzing deviations, explaining their causes, expected risks, and suggesting corrective and preventive measures to be taken.

Work location: Cairo-Alex Desert Road (Transportation is provided).
