Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in financial management, with a strong track record of success in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations, with a thorough understanding of accounting standards and reporting requirements.
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information and concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence and deliver results.
