Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Section

We are seeking to hire an experienced "Mechanical Maintenance Section Head "
to join the organization.

Job Summary:

Ensure safe maintenance, repair, or replacement of plant mechanical equipment and systems, to ensure maximum production quantity and quality, while supporting the policies, goals, and objectives of the company

Responsibilities:
Is responsible for the execution and the quality of mechanical maintenance work to be carried out on plant equipment, within the budget, following policies and deadlines. Analyze data to figure out the root causes of chronic breakdowns and reduce maintenance budget by saving resources and repairing defective spare parts. Initiate, implement, and manage the plant maintenance schedule based on best practices in the cement industry, with an emphasis on planning/ scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance Review the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime and anticipate solve problems promptly, and to identify opportunities for improvement Direct, maintain and enforce the safety procedures for the maintenance department; review safety records to uphold standards of maximum safety for all maintenance engineers and technicians.
• Provide training, development, and leadership to plant maintenance personnel. Analyze, record, and troubleshoot equipment problems, and suggest procedure recommendations to the Mechanical Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications and Required Skills:
Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Minimum 7 years experience in repairs and maintenance of cement manufacturing equipment Leadership ability and strong management skills.
Knowledge of safety policies and regulations. Creativity and an ability to think out of the box.
Very Good Command of English.
