Projects Manager
Job Purpose:

    Responsible for supervising the preparation and follow-up of the implementation of the general plan for projects to achieve the strategic objectives of ELARABY Group.

Job Responsibilities:

    Participate in preparing the budget for projects in order to organize and manage financial resources.
    Plan and organize work within the department in accordance with approved policies with the aim of achieving efficiency and effectiveness.
    Prepare the general plan for projects to ensure the achievement of the required objectives.
    Request project schedules to determine the time period for their implementation from the management of the technical office.
    Monitor the implementation of projects to achieve the required objectives.
    Performance is monitored to ensure that work is progressing as required, and incentive statements are prepared.
    Study technical problems related to designs during implementation to solve them.

Job Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering.
    Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
    Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
    Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
    Excellent analytical skills
    Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
    Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
    An analytical mind.
    Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships.
    Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
    A keen eye for detail and a desire to probe further into data.
    Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
    Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
    Proficient with MS Office programs.
