Job Purpose:

    Responsible for creating and follow up project schedules and monitor their costs with the aim of implementing the plan within budget limits.

Job Responsibilities:

    Work on creating, follow up and ,updating timetables for new and ongoing projects. Reporting any deviation from the time plan to take corrective action. 
    Monitor total project expenses including verifying invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure all project expenses are properly recorded. 
    Conduct a total cash flow analysis for each project with the aim of completing the actual implementation of the project. 
    Monitor the status of all purchases and their delivery until project closure, with the aim of optimal utilization of resources. 
    Coordinate with the Supply Chain Management team to resolve project issues to ensure delivery/completion of project.

Job Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
    3-7 years of experience in relevant field.
    Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling, and reporting.
    Solid knowledge of PRIMAVERA and other planning platforms and relevant software.
    Ability to work under pressure.
    Proficient with MS Office program.
    English language proficiency.
