Lecon Engineering Services Requires for Hiring :
Job Title: Senior Architect Designer ( not Interior Designer )
Remotely – Full Time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage projects to ensure high-quality, innovative and functional design
* Take the “Brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.
* Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
* Compile project specifications
* Keep within budgets and timelines.
* Knowledgeable with standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations in Saudi Arabia
* Cooperate with other coworkers to ensure quality
* Follow architectural trends and advancements.
* He must continually refine and enhance design methodologies and submission processes.

Job Requirements
* Ba/BSC degree in Architecture
* Minimum five years of working experience
* Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, Revit, AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, Corona)
* It's recommended if you have any knowledge in using AI software and Welling to develop a method for work submission using AI
