We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our Auto Mobility team.
 
As Technical Support Engineer you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and resolving complex issues related to automotive systems and components.
 
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience from 4 to 7 years in technical support or a similar role in the automotive industry.
In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, including electrical and electronic components, engine mechanics, and vehicle diagnostics.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, software, and equipment commonly used in the automotive industry.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to provide exceptional service and support.
 
Location: El Katameya – Egypt.
