Architect Department Manager 
Key Responsibilities:
1-Team Management: Lead and manage a team of architects, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Assign projects and tasks, monitor progress, and provide feedback to ensure the team performs at its best
2-Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to determine project requirements, objectives, and timelines. Allocate resources, develop project plans, and monitor project progress to ensure timely and successful project completion.
3-Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality control procedures to ensure architectural designs, construction documents, and other deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations and codes.
4-Technical Expertise: Stay abreast of the latest architectural trends, technologies, and industry best practices. Provide technical guidance and support to the team, resolve technical issues, and promote innovation and efficiency in architectural design processes.
5-Budget and Resource Management: Collaborate with the management team to develop and manage the department's budget. Monitor expenses, optimize resource allocation, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality standards.
6-Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives. Collaborate with the business development team to identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and participate in client presentations and meetings.
7-Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve departmental processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality of deliverables. Implement best practices and leverage technology solutions to streamline processes and optimize resource utilization.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Experience in architectural design & Tender Drawing (Exterior & Interior designs).
Experience of all phases and aspect of a project.
Experience of design and Innovated techniques, tools, and principles.
Experience of design standards, Materials ,Arch styles.
Experience of all phases and aspect of a project.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience of design and Innovated techniques, tools, and principles.
Experience of Design, develop, create projects, timely and sustainable manner.
In-depth knowledge of architectural principles, codes, and regulations.
Proficiency in architectural software and design tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the consultancy industry is a plus.
Experience in CAD, Revit &3D visualization (3D Max - Vray).
Work Conditions:
Work Hours: 8 Hours. (In Ramadan 6 Hours).
Days off: Friday & Saturday.
Location: Cornish El-Nile, Maadi, Cairo.
