Job Title: Corporate lawyer for Legal Department
Location: New Cairo City, Cairo Governorate, Egypt

Responsibilities:
-Provide strategic legal advice to senior management on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and corporate governance
-Draft and negotiate complex legal documents, such as contracts, shareholder agreements, and financing agreements
-Represent the company in court and before government agencies
-Manage a team of junior lawyers and paralegals
-Stay up-to-date on the latest legal developments

Qualifications:
-degree from an accredited law school
-7+ years of experience in corporate law
-Strong leadership and management skills
-Excellent communication and writing skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Experience in a senior corporate law role preferred
