We are hiring Human Recourses Business Partner (Compensation and benefits):
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role located in 10th of Ramadan for a Compensation Benefits Manager. The Compensation Benefits Manager will be responsible for job evaluation, benefits administration, compensation management, compensation structures, and employee benefits.
Qualifications:
· B.S. degree preferably in business administration with relation to Human Resources or related field of study.
· Fluent in English
· Excellent Excel skills and demonstrated knowledge of payroll and Human Resource Information Systems
· Field of Experience: HR, Manufacturing background.
· Years of Experience: 5-7 years Minimum experience in similar position
· Strong leadership attributes, results-oriented
· Skilled in planning, problem solving, coaching and building team.
· Understanding of Compensation, Labour Law and SI Law.
· Previous experience Personnel & Compensation.
· Financial aptitude and strong analysis skills.
· Prior supervisory/management experience.
