Hammer Protection is hiring:

HR Generalist

with the following criteria:

Job responsibilities:
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, recruiting, interviewing, hiring)
• Handling exit interviews
• Conduct employee onboarding
• Maintain employee files of their documents
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics
• Undertake tasks around performance management/ appraisal
• Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
• Performs other duties as assigned
Job requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Additional HR training / diploma will be a plus
• From 1 to 3 years of experience
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Good command of English
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Aptitude in problem-solving

Salary: depends on experience
Working hours: 8 working hrs., 2 days off
