- 5-6 years’ Experience in HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing
job Description
• Main Role: is responsible for mechanical tender/estimation activities and procurement ensuring timely, competitive and high-quality tender submission.
• Prepare/ revise comparison sheet of related mechanical subcontractors/ suppliers offers.
• Proceed with mechanical procurement - subcontractors/suppliers’ contracts.
• Delivering applicable solutions to meet client needs, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the tendering process whilst working to tight deadlines.
• Provides feedback on the performance of Subcontractors in order to determine whether or not they should be approached to provide their offers for future tenders.
• Reviewing the contractual and legal tender terms and conditions.
• Identifying potential risks.
• Reviewing the time schedule for bid study.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering and worked at construction field
• Must have good Personal Skills:
- Very good team player
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
V-good command of English
