ERG Developments is expanding and looking to hire high energy, committed, real estate experienced "Required Electric \ Mechanical engineers "

 ( 5 to 7 years )

• experience in procurement & tender for 3 years
• HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, Electric systems & light current
• Review Tender documents, Technical Specifications, BOQ, Drawings and related documents 
• locate potential vendors and suppliers, Solicit price quotations from suppliers, make a database for materials, equipment and operating supplies prices and update it regularly to be referenced when necessary. 
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimum cost-quality and to ensure that target prices company's terms and conditions are met. 
• Attends bidding negotiations regarding spec and priced B.O.Q and replies to all clarifications required in the tender process.
 • Prepare a log that includes the replies of queries received from the consultant and follow up with suppliers to ensure pricing the items on time. 
• Assist in preparation of financial and technical comparison sheets to analyze the variance of commercial and technical offer. 
• Prepare contracts, POs according to given data, follow up projects needs and prepare purchasing form after pricing the item. 
• Set the procurement plan including the packages, their priorities and weights, estimated delivery time and the suggested vendor list to be reviewed by the direct manager and approved by the Project Manager. 
• Solve any technical, project related issues with vendors to ensure proper flow of project. 
• Coordinate with other departments in the organization to be aligned with the progress of the project.
