Food & Beverage Accountant
- Monitors and projects daily cash flow; reviews and executes all checks and deposits for F&B events and reviews daily cash receipts and disbursements.
- Reviews all purchasing of capital assets, office supplies and facility supplies.
- Prepares, performs or assists with event settlements.

- Installation and maintenance of accounting records to show receipts and expenditures.
- Maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property & operating expenses
Education / Experience
- B.S. in Accounting or Finance.
- 2-4 years experience in public accounting and/or financial management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Background in F&B accounting ,catering event and inventory monitoring settlements is must.
