Elmarakby Steel Group Looking to hire a professional “ HSE Manager”
 Job role:
- Supervise the implementation of safety, occupational health, and environmental systems within the company and its affiliated sites, in line with general policies. Ensure coordination and monitoring with employees across all departments to ensure compliance and continuity according to globally recognized standards for safety, occupational health, and environmental management systems.
- Establish the organizational structure of the management and allocate responsibilities to environmental, safety, and occupational health personnel.
- Monitor the results of site inspections and take all necessary precautions to prevent potential risks.
- Review and oversee the implementation of fire risk prevention plans for company sites and facilities, ensuring they are executed on time.
- Supervise the development and execution of training and evacuation plans, ensuring the enhancement of environmental awareness among employees.
- Evaluate employees, particularly those in evacuation, rescue, and firefighting teams, to ensure proper responses during emergencies and when exiting escape routes and reaching assembly points. Analyze incidents, their results, and causes to prevent their recurrence, prioritizing the preservation of lives and company property.
- Review safety plans for the past and upcoming year with senior management.
- Oversee the implementation of all policies and procedures related to safety, occupational health, and the environment by all technical departments within the company through regular management reviews, monitoring department performance, and ensuring corrective and preventive actions issued and executed with relevant internal parties.
- Oversee the preservation of all data, information, laws, and regulations related to the safety, occupational health, and environmental system.
- Continuously identify and assess potential hazards within the factories, providing necessary suggestions for employee protection and preventive measures.
- Review regular reports (daily, monthly, annual) prepared by subordinates, compile reports on operational challenges and impediments faced, propose solutions for future avoidance, document tasks completed, tasks postponed, reasons for postponement, and present them to the immediate supervisor.
- Identify and review environmental dimensions and their significant impacts, taking necessary actions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Engineering or Science)
-         Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in manufacturing companies
-         Language:  Excellent in English is a must  
-         Excellent Proficiency in using all MS Office programs
-         Location: 6th October City
