We're looking for:

Cost Control Engineers 

Senior cost control Engineers

to join its team in Nasr City with Abnaa Sinai For Construction & Building with the below responsibilities & requirements:

▫ Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to create detailed project budgets, considering all relevant costs, resources, and timelines.

▫ Providing accurate cost estimates for various project components, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead, to support budgeting and forecasting activities.

▫ Regularly tracking and analyzing project expenditures to identify any variances from the budget. Investigating and reporting on the reasons for these discrepancies.

▫ Generating regular reports on project cost performance, presenting findings to relevant stakeholders, and offering recommendations for cost optimization.


▫ A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
▫ Previous experience [from 2:5 years] in project cost control, cost estimation, or related roles within the construction, engineering, or project management sectors.
▫ Strong quantitative and analytical skills to assess and interpret financial data.
▫ Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.
