Position: Senior Tax Accountant
Location: Cairo

Job Description
- Prepare tax returns, payments, necessary paperwork, and reports
- Assess and research difficult tax issues to identify solutions
- Manage and maintain the company’s tax database
- Prepare accurate quarterly and annual tax reports
- Keep track of industry trends and changes related to taxes
- Manage and facilitate tax audits with either external or internal parties including preparing, creating schedules, delivering documents etc.
- Evaluate tax regulations and suggest policies that diminish tax burden
- Determine tax savings and recommend strategies to improve profits
- Maintains and updates working knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including new filing practices, deadlines, and any company-specific information
- Capability to manage multiple countries tax profile, ERP review and reporting.
- Develops strong relationships with clients, including understanding their business practices and specific tax information needs
- Assists with preparing annual financial records, including meeting deadlines and ensuring all financial practices and records comply with accepted accounting standards
- Possessing strong knowledge of tax law and statutory regulations

Requirements:
- BSc degree in Accounting or relevant field
- CMA is highly preferred
- SAP background is highly preferred
- Excellent Accounting background
- 5-7 years’ of Proven work experience as a Tax Accountant or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline-Oriented and Reporting Skills
- Excellent experience in business Tax transaction, review, tax return preparation, direct and indirect tax.
