We Are Hiring:

Sales Engineer .

Duties &Responsibilities :

1-Identify and target potential clients within the commercial business (Fleet operators, contractors, Industrial & Local Marine)
2-Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our market presence in the commercial business.
3-Develop a deep understanding of the company products, including their technical specifications, applications and how best to differentiate the offer from competition.
4- Master the sales pipeline process and develop summary & benefit reports to end consumers. 
5-Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. Identifying key decision makers is key to a successful implementation.
6-Negotiation skills to identify current customer needs & how to close the deal.
7- Support B2B manager with contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies.
8-Maintain accurate records of field activities, client interactions, and Benefit/ Summary progress reports.
9- Generate regular reports for management to track performance and business results.
10-Manage product line offering and support marketing/technical with identifying needs and activities related to the offering. Market research, TID and new applications.
11-Provide product application & lubrication knowledge to all functions and become the reference to others in this field.

Job requirements :

1.Proven experience in commercial sales or technical support - from to 1 to 3 years
2.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
3.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4.Traveling is required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct sales presentations.
5.Organizational and leadership skills
6.Good Command in English Language
7.Communication and problem solving skills
