ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ACCOUNTANT

1-3 years experience
Job Scope:
Review and verify sales contracts and payment details
Assist in monthly and annual closing Generate and send out invoices
Maintain up-to-date billing system, follow up on collection, and allocate
receipts
Ensure the payments are collected on time
Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
Review daily journal entries and transactions
Prepare AR related reports
Skills Required:
Good Communication Skills
Real Estate background is a must
Facility Management background is preferred
Oracle ERP Knowledge
Advanced Excel
