Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior BIM Architect to join our dynamic team. The Senior BIM Architect will play a crucial role in leading BIM projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and leveraging their expertise to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:
- Lead BIM projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive BIM models and documentation.
- Utilize advanced BIM software and tools to create accurate 3D models, construction drawings, and visualization renderings.
- Conduct clash detection analyses and resolve conflicts to optimize design efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior BIM staff, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in BIM technology, incorporating best practices into project workflows.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- 5-9 years of proven experience in BIM modeling and architectural design.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and/or ArchiCAD.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction methods, and building codes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing BIM projects.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
