ATA - Abdulmohsin Altheyab & Partners one of the Engineering consulting office is looking for:

Senior BIM Coordinator

◽ RESPONSIBILITIES:
▪️Developing and implementing BIM standards and protocols across the organization to ensure consistency and quality in all BIM projects.
▪️Managing the BIM Workflow process for all the projects through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) with its different modules.
▪️Providing BIM training and support to project teams and ensuring that all team members are properly trained and proficient in the use of BIM software/ACC
Platform.
▪️Managing the BIM project workflow and ensuring that all project deliverables are completed on time and to the required quality standard.
▪️Ensure Project Information Model (PIM) are delivered in accordance with the agreed TIDP, MIDP and CDE protocol
▪️Collaborating with project managers, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure that BIM is integrated effectively into the project design and delivery process.
▪️Managing the BIM model and ensuring that it is accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized at all times.
Prepare the BEP for the BIM Projects implementing International/British standards.
▪️Coordinating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that BIM is integrated effectively into other aspects of the project, such as cost estimating and QS scheduling.
▪️Keeping abreast of new BIM technologies and trends and introducing new tools and methods to improve project efficiency and quality.
▪️Managing the BIM team and ensuring that all team members have clear roles and responsibilities and that they are working effectively together.
▪️Act as a liaison between the company and clients on BIM related matters

◻ JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
· Minimum 8-10 years
. Fluent English
· Computer skills: Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo, BIM360 & MS Office.
. Familiar with gulf projects specially in KSA.
