- Design and plan the layout, functionality, and aesthetics of buildings and structures.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Consider factors such as building codes, zoning laws, environmental impact, and accessibility standards in the design process.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the feasibility and structural integrity of designs.
- Incorporate sustainable design principles and materials to minimize environmental impact and optimize energy efficiency.
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary.
- Oversee the construction process, providing support to contractors and addressing any design-related issues that arise.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in regulations relevant to architecture and design.
- Foster creativity, innovation, and excellence in architectural design while meeting client needs and project requirements.
