Recruitment Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in El Khanka. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with hiring, interviewing, communication, recruiting, and training. The Recruitment Specialist will work closely with the HR team to identify and attract top talent for the company.

Qualifications

Experience in hiring, interviewing, and recruiting
Experience atlest 2 years
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in conducting training and onboarding sessions
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations
Experience in the plastic industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
