Pinnacle PMC Is Now Hiring
Position : Junior Quantity Surveyor Engineer
Experience : 2 to 3 years

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take off quantities (2D & 3D).
- Create BOQ’s items and description.
⁠- Comparison of drawings with BOQ & tender requirements, raise queries and clarification.
- Reviewing the technical specification and make sure that complying with the drawings.
- Carry on tendering activities including the comparisons between the bidders and handling negotiation meetings.
-⁠ ⁠Identify missing design elements or an overlap in work areas with other disciplines
- Delivering high quality services and ensuring that tender deliverables meet customers’ requirements deliverables in accordance with the business procedures.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil / architecture engineering.
- 2-3 years post graduate demonstrable experience in different aspects quantity surveying, construction methods and materials.
- Good knowledge and understanding of standard method of measurements.
- Architectural and structural work background  
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and logical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Ability to think creatively and identify cost saving opportunities.
- BIM Knowledge is must.
- Software (Revit, Auto cad, Excel, Word, Navisworks, power point)
- Be able to work as part of a team
