Pinnacle Design Studios Is Now Hiring
Position : Architect / Senior Architect
Yrs. of Experience : 2- 6 years / 6 - 10 years

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Architect
. Executes and develop Architectural design using Revit and relevant design software
· Develop and modify Architectural Design drawings packages
· Conducts preliminary studies of design Proposals and Technical studies of design developments and coordination
· Works on development and coordination of detailed working drawings,
· Assists on development and coordination of detailed working drawings and B.O.Q
. Coordinating with other departments (Structure, electrical, mechanical, ….) to meet design intent and quality
Senior Architect
. Developing Project Design Packages, reports and Presentations
. Provide design direction and ensure alignment with project brief & regulation
. Adhere to building codes / Fire and life safety Code requirements
. Define, Identify and Specify Building material and façade systems.
. Train, Lead, guide and support Architects / junior Architects

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Architect
. BA. /BSC. degree in Architecture from a recognized university
. Having 2-6 years of Solid experience in design and development of Architectural projects
. Demonstrates proficiency with design software i.e. Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
. Knowledge of Architectural design Building Construction and Architectural Details
. Demonstrating Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator).
. Good understanding of design process and design development workflow utilizing BIM Tools (Revit, Navisworks, etc.).
. Good knowledge building Materials, design standards and fire and life safety codes
. Skilled in Developing Design Drawings and Construction packages
. Good Command of Rhino and Dynamo is a plus
Senior Landscape Designer
. Strong BA. /BSC. degree in Architecture from a recognized university
. Having 6-10 years of working experience in design and development of Architectural projects.
. Familiar with building codes, design standards and fire and life safety codes.
. Strong Proficiency in Sketchup, Rhino, 3dmax and AutoCAD, Enscape in a plus.
. Ability to perform Planning, good time-management skills
. Developing creative design solutions through team work and Collaboration
