“GL&Fixed assets Accountant" is required to join our organization
Key Responsibilities :
• Prepare journal entries relating to amortization, depreciation, accruals, and others, ensure that entries align with Egyptian GAAP.
• Responsible for balance sheet reconciliation.
• Responsible for reporting, handling external auditor end to end from initial data request, field work till financial statement issuance.
• Support monthly and annual closing process.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate and current fixed assets register and accurately calculate and post the appropriate depreciation and amortization expenditure.
• Preparing an annual budget outlining capital expenditure, reporting to management on capital expenditure and ensuring that capital projects are delivered within budget.
Qualifications :
• At Least 4 - 6 years general accounting experience in handling wide range of general ledger accounts up to issuing Trial Balance.
• Experienced in dealing with the audit requirements of any of the Big 4 Audit Firms.
• IFRS Certified preferred.
• Past experience working with one of the Big 4 experience is a plus
• Very good command of English language is a must.
