Title: Senior Accountant (Fixed Assets/Budget Controller)
Reporting To: Finance Manager
- Revise the Recording and classifying of daily transactions on system.
- Compute and review accounting transactions related by revenues and expenses.
- Reviewing and reconciling GL.
- Review the quantities and prices of purchase orders with periodic demand and predetermined budget to minimize total inventory cost.
- Determine level of safety stock and reorder point provide appropriate level of inventory.
- Review the distribution of costs over the responsibility centers to evaluate performance.
- Manage assets register and assets movement (Transfer - Maintain - Scrap - Sale).
- Determine monthly depreciation and accumulated.
- Measure the return from using of operating assets.
- Budgets tracking and Budget VS Actual Report Monthly.
- Approving any expenses according to budget allows or not.
- Do budget allocations.
- Do all needed financial analyst tasks.
- Assist with Accountants in pending and delays.
- Assist with finance manager in any assign tasks.
