Job Description
• Record day-to-day financial transactions.
• Record and monitor day-to-day (A/R & A/P Accounts).
• Make sure of expense reimbursements.
• Bank reconciliation
• Responsible for intercompany transactions.
• Assemble information & prepare the tax payroll & VAT reports every month.
• Assist in monthly reconciliations of all accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in compiling and building the company’s financial statements.
Requirements
• Experience in the one of accounting system (prefers QuickBooks)
• From 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• High level of Excel skills and analytical abilities.
• Good at English skills (reading and writing).
• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
