Looking for Human Resources Director for a reputable company in Alexandria, Egypt that specializes in BPO industry to Providing leadership and direction to the HR team, overseeing their day-to-day activities, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

The required Caliber should be able to Lead and Direct Company's Strategic HR Planning, Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, HR Policies and Compliance, Employee Engagement and Culture & HR Metrics and Analytics, with a previous track record in running similar or even larger function with a focus on capability of improving status quo for the purpose of growth and expansion.
Qualifications required for the job are: 
BSC Degree, MBA is a plus, A minimum of 15+ years related experience.
