Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
* Manage calendars for multiple team members, scheduling meetings and appointments.
* Draft and edit professional correspondence, including emails, letters, and presentations.
* Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate individuals.
* Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital) for efficient document organization.
* Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
* Organize and coordinate meetings, booking rooms and catering as needed.
* Prepare travel arrangements for team members, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
* Research and compile information as needed for reports and presentations.
* Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong commitment to accuracy.
* Positive and professional demeanor, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees.
