CSCEC Egypt Operation team is hiring the following positions:

* Asset Operation Supervisor:

Main Duties:
1. Responsible for office and commercial buildings’ leasing and operation management.
2. Formulate feasible and effective leasing and marketing plans
Required Qualifications:
1- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a relevant field
2- At least 4 years of work experience in reputable real estate companies
3- has rich resources for major customers and has strong customer and channel development and maintenance capabilities.

* Marketing Supervisor:

Main Duties:
1.Formulate and implement the media department’s annual expansion plan and media execution plan, as well as media relations maintenance strategies.
2. Familiar with the operation and promotion within mainstream media platforms, and has the ability to organize and complete content planning and event planning.

Required Qualifications:
1- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a relevant field
2- At least 4 years of work experience in reputable real estate companies
3- Master the analysis of media data related to traditional media and new media.

* Facility Management Specialist:
Main Duties:
1. Responsible for reviewing various economic contracts, and organizing and managing quality reviews, goal assessments, and progress assessments.
2. Familiar with the property management system, operations, customer service, engineering, and security sectors, proficient in organizing and delivering high-quality services.

Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in engineering or any discipline relevant to facility management.
2. At least 10 years of experience in facility management, including managing multiple property projects and a thorough understanding of facility management tasks.
