Accountant Receivable
** Job Description:
Process accounts and received premium payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Allocate regular received dues day to day.
Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data.
Prepare receipts and bank deposits.
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all receipts are accounted for and posted.
Book post dated cheques and follow their due dates.
Book bounced cheques.
Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
Generate statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
Follow received premiums for releasing the commission.
Match all guidelines in the closing process.
**Requirements
1. BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
2. Experience: 0-2
3. Communication skills.
4. Punctuality.
5. Critical thinking skills.
