We have an exciting opportunity for an AP and GL Accountant to join our growing accounting team! In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle accounts payable, general ledger, and financial reporting activities.
Responsibilities:
♦ Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and other payables.
♦ Review transactional data and code expenses to the proper general ledger accounts.
♦ Prepare and post journal entries to record business transactions.
♦ Perform account reconciliations and identify any discrepancies.
♦ Assist with month-end close process and financial statement preparation.
♦ Analyze AP and GL accounts and activity.
♦ Research and resolve invoice, payment, and coding issues.
♦ Improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency.

Requirements:
♦ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
♦ 3+ years of relevant AP and GL experience.
♦ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
♦ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
♦ Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office.
