Job Description:

-Manage the project through developing technical instructions and monitoring work progress to   achieve the project objectives with regard to project’s timeline, quality and costs.
-Plan the build process to keep the project running smoothly.
-Apply policies procedures and performance standards within company policy and contract specifications
-Ensure that the project safety requirements are controlled and maintained.
-Maintain team’s motivation and integration.
-Ensure the contractors and suppliers are aware of the project quality requirements and review compliance.
-Determine project structure and labor requirements and assign tasks.
-Plan the build process which comprises of several stages to meet deadlines.
-Monitor each phase completion according to time schedule, budget and contract terms and conditions.
-Manage and monitor handing over site to contractors after mobilization and start up construction.
-Monitor and evaluate contractors and report feedback to management for necessary decision.
-Monitor work progress through setting benchmarks and follow-up to ensure that every stage is completed properly.
-Review forecasts and changes and manage the scope meticulously to avoid going over budget.
-Investigate potentially serious situations and take corrective actions.
-Ensure that tasks are delegated effectively, and staff remain motivated to complete the project to high standards.
-Inspect and review work to monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations.
-Deal with problems results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.
-Perform preliminary handling over the project without observations. 
-Finalize handling over project after warranty period completion
-Perform other duties as assigned.
