This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving problems, and building customer relationships. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for maintaining customer records, analyzing customer data, and communicating with customers through various channels.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
• Fluent English speaker C1 is MUST
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to problem-solve and work under pressure
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good computer and technology skills
• Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field is preferred
