1. Senior Technical Office Engineer (2 Vacancies)
- Location: Badr City (Site Based).
- Location: Upper Egypt (Site Based)

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (Civil or Architecture Engineering).
- Minimum from 6 to 8 years of experience.
 
Job Description:
- Implement the civil / Arch. workshop drawings.
- Issue RFIs for any conflicts between the civil / Arch discipline and other disciplines.
- Implement civil / Arch. As built drawings.
- Create civil / Arch. quantity surveying and review with the direct manager and project consultant.
- Create client and sub-contractors invoices with all supporting documents.
 
 
2. Technical Office Engineer  (3 Vacancies)
- Location: Obour City (Site Based)
- Location: Badr City (Site Based)
- Location: New Cairo (Site Based)

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (Civil or Architecture Engineering).
- Minimum from 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Revit & Auto Cad .
 
Job Description:
- Receive drawings, BOQ and Specs from the consultants in order to make sure if there are any amendments needed in the upcoming project.
- Follow up the material submittals and communicate with the consultant to obtain the approval.
- Conduct estimated quantity survey to determine the quantity of material that need to be purchased or procured.
- Conduct the quantity surveying process to prepare required invoices.
- Prepare and follow up the Variation Orders and prepare Notice to Claim in cooperation with the Contracts team.
