We are hiring Senior AP Accountant,
Location: Borg ElArab, Alexandria

Job Description:

Handle day-to-day function of accounts payable activities.
Match supplier invoices to purchase order, goods received notes and delivery orders.
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Ensure timely suppliers’ payments and petty cash disbursement and reimbursement.
Perform monthly bank reconciliation (AP Payments)
Assist in preparing schedule, accruals, and prepayment.
Update accounts payable and reconciliations.
Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers and control petty cash spending.
Control E-invoice system.
Prepares and provides all tax inspection requirements
Issues AP aging report, accrual expenses report, prepaid expenses reports and suppliers’ pre-payment reports on monthly basis

Job Requirements
BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant
5-8years of experience in the same position
Very good user of MS Office and ERP systems experience (Oracle).
Accuracy, attention to details and strong communication skills.
Strong Analytical skills, ability to work under pressure, capable to proactively communicate and solve problems independently.
Strong sense of responsibility, strong executive ability, and teamwork spirit.
