We are hiring now customer service team leader to join us

Qualifications:
1- Minimum of 1 year experience within a contact center environment.
2- Very good English level is must.
3- Excellent time management skills.
4- Excellent leadership, coaching, people management and development, excellent communication skills.
5- A “go-getter” attitude with no hesitations to work under pressure and rotation shifts.
6- Has a critical thinking during challenging situations.
7- Excellent in multitasking.
