EDECS is hiring:

Position: Tendering Manager
Location: New Cairo - HQ

Duties:
· Monitoring of the bid management to ensure it is aligned with the organization's strategies.
· Reviewing the tender documents to analyze the prequalification requirements, and assign relevant tasks to tender enginee.
· Establishing a data base for all works activities and making effective connections with the relevant suppliers & subcontractors all over the world who are specialized in all activities related to all works fields.
· Supervising all of Cost Estimation & Quantity Surveying work activities.
· Studying and reviewing all tender documents including instructions to tenderers, contract general and special conditions, B.O.Q, specifications, and drawings.               
· Preparing the main tender information report including the most important clauses in the contract conditions, scope of
work, major B.O.Q, and other main information.
· Managing all tenders’ ingoing and outgoing correspondences with owner, consultant and partner(s).
·  Preparing or review all request for quotation packages before contacting suppliers/subcontractors according to the nature of each tender.
· Preparing tenders’ technical offers and all required technical data (suppliers lists, subcontractors list, project time schedule, method statement,…etc).
· Attending bid openings sessions inside & outside Egypt.
· Reviewing direct and indirect cost sheets in addition to the master sheets and make the needed amendments in coordination with the relavnt internal stakeholders.
· Coordinating the contracting process with the Contracts Department to ensure it is aligned with the clients’ and organization’s requirements.
· Conducting the final tuning with the Top Management regarding the final prices of the project.                  
· Leading, supervising and coaching the tendering team and giving them the needed support when needed. 

Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil) .
• 15+ years of experience in the Tendering and Construction fields.
• Mathematical intelligence is essential.
• Knowledge of contractual terms and conditions.
