1. Electrical Engineer (2 Vacancies)
- Location: October
- Location: New Cairo

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum from 3 to 5 years of experience.
- A construction background is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Auto Cad.

Job Description:
- Monitoring costs, material flow and resource allocation.
- Reviewing project documents such as design drawings, specifications, proposals and contracts.
- Prepare material quantity survey “QS” from shop drawings.
- Work closely with construction managers, engineers, site forepersons, electricians and other technical staff.
- Ensure the continuous day-to-day operation of a project.
- Implement performing quality control reviews on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
- Interact with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements and ensuring their logical contractual needs are realized in the field.
- Monitor construction contractors’ electrical installation and testing activities and solve all technical and construction issues.
- Responsible for material inspection and issuing the MIR.
- Issue materials submittals for approval.
- Lead the monitoring of erection of all electrical systems.
- Control on a day-to-day basis potential technical, commercial and contractual issues.
- Report to project / site manager progress, costs, schedule, safety and quality.
- Prepare periodic project reports, including project profitability, revenue, margins, cost-benefit and needs analysis, bill rates and utilization as well as full quality delivery, and coordinates with all involved functions for corrective action if needed.

2. Mechanical Engineer
- Location: Old Cairo

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum from 3 to 5 years of experience.
- A construction background is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Job Description:
- Arranging the site coordination, weekly meetings, technical submittals, place orders, suppliers' delivery.
- Handling all aspects of the day-to-day working meetings, weekly progress reports, enhancing client/consultant and company relationship.
- Project installation, testing and commissioning and issue as built approvals and handover for the following systems:
• HVAC.
• Plumbing.
• Drainage.
• Infrastructure.
• Left stations and pumps.

- Review the shop drawings
- Issue materials submittals for approval.
- Check and review the quality of the mechanical equipment; it’s specification and installation per drawings and standards.
- Prepare material quantity survey “QS” from shop drawings.
- Implement performing quality control reviews on budgets, schedules, plans and personnel performance and reporting on the project’s status.
