Responsibilities & Qualifications required:

◾ Ensure accurate measurement and recording of quantities for cost estimation purposes.
◾ Regularly review and analyze project expenditures, identify cost variances, and recommend corrective actions.
◾ Develop & update detailed cost estimates for construction projects, considering labor, materials, equipment, and other associated expenses.
◾ Regularly communicate cost status, forecasts, and cost-saving initiatives to project stakeholders.
◾ Implement cost control procedures to track and monitor project costs.
◾ Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure contract terms and conditions are followed.
◾ Preparing reports, and analyses according to contracts, budgets, and risk assessment.

◾ Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
◾ From 3 to 5 years of experience.
◾ Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and opportunities.
◾ Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration.
