Job Description

NMDC Egypt Branch is hiring the below position:

Human Resources Manager- Operation: -

Job description:
· Complying NMDC Policies and Procedures and setting the required controls to assure compliance. Also making sure that all recruitment and training records are up to date.
· Setting a clear report to reflect vacancies from ERFs, shortlisted candidates, selected candidate and their status, and clarifying the status and the process to all department’s heads
· Preparing an Organization Chart, with projects managers for each existing project that shows existing and vacant positions. This is to help in filling all vacant positions required in projects.
· Preparing NMDC Manpower Budget before the end of each year that reflect manpower required and their cost from all departments during the specified year and sending the cost provisions to finance department Update Training Policy to comply with ISO standards and getting it approved.
· Creating and implementing an induction plan for grades 9 and above
· Reviewing and finalizing new HR Policies, getting it approved and circulating it to all users
· Administering all activities related to employee's compensation and benefits and adding the new hired to payroll within one month from joining date
· Simplify the work processing to complete the monthly payroll
· Improve the statistical details of employees which will give the management clear information of the existing employees at the end of each month or year
Managing, review and approve leave actions, personnel actions, visas, CNIA, employee's timesheet, school fee actions, air ticket actions, joining letters, confirmation letters, medical test request, medical cards requests.

Educational Qualifications &certifications:

Master’s or bachelor Degree HR Management or equivalent professional qualification.

Function specific experience:
· Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
· Administration and Management -- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

Skills:
· Critical Thinking & Complex Problem Solving

Industry related experience:
· Dredging & Marine Preferred
Years of experience:
.10-15 years of strong HR Management experience in Dredging, Civil, or Oil & Gas Company.
